One paste = one check. Whether it's a single URL or a whole SMS message, the agent reads it once and returns one verdict. Free-tier checks use your daily 5; once that's exhausted, each fresh check consumes one credit. Cache hits and failed calls never debit.
Yes — credits don't expire. If you buy a Power pack today and use 500 checks this year, the other 7,500 are still there next year. We do not believe in "expiring" something you paid for.
Your free quota refills on a rolling 24-hour window — every check "expires" off your tally 24 hours after you made it. You can either wait, or top up with a credit pack. We'll never silently degrade or block you mid-task.

Seclum Team ($4/user/month) is for teams that want a shared workspace. Everything else — scam checks, the free 5/day, credit packs — needs no subscription at all. Most people who just want occasional scam checks never need either; buy credits when you actually run out.
Only if you want more than one person in a shared workspace. On your own, the free tier, credit packs, and Pro all work per-account — a solo workspace stays free. The Team plan ($4/user/month, 1–20 seats) unlocks inviting teammates, with a pooled monthly check allowance for the whole team. You pick the seat count; we hard-block over-invites instead of silently billing you for extras.
Through Stripe. We never see your card details. We see only that a payment succeeded and which pack you bought. The same anti-tracking principles we apply to scam checks apply to your payment data.
